1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 772pub website (https://772pub.cam), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

• Immediately notify 772pub Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized account access

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not. 772pub will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use, except where such use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3.3 Account Restrictions

772pub reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, terms violations, underage gambling, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity that compromises platform integrity. Account closure decisions are final and not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 772pub account using approved payment methods displayed on the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers, over-the-counter deposits, and cryptocurrency where available. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where 772pub determines a deposit was made in error. Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds and are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if:

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

5. Bonuses and Promotions

772pub offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and eligible games. These specific terms are provided with each Promotional Offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General rules applicable to all Promotional Offers include:

• Eligibility: Promotional Offers are available only to eligible players as defined in the specific offer terms. One bonus per player, household, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 772pub will take reasonable steps to restore the game state or compensate affected players fairly. • Technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your 772pub account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 3. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR mediation may be submitted to binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration rules.
4. Jurisdiction: Any court proceedings related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 772pub account at any time by contacting Customer Support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you using your registered payment method, minus any applicable fees or deductions.

772pub reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to provide verification documents, inactivity, or at the direction of PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

In the event of account termination for violation of these Terms, 772pub may forfeit your account balance and any pending winnings at our sole discretion. This forfeiture provision does not limit our right to pursue additional remedies available under Philippine law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent. If modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement
